2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing, or using the School Management App or website, you explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance may also be confirmed by checking a consent box during signup, payment, or subscription.

3 Payment, Subscription & Refunds

• Payments for software subscriptions, services, or upgrades are due at the time of purchase or invoice.
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@visiontechnology.co.in. Approval is at the sole discretion of Vision Technology.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information. Vision Technology is not liable for failed transactions caused by incorrect data.

4 User Responsibilities

• The Client must use the software responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, managing user access, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Unauthorized use, data tampering, or misuse of the app is strictly prohibited.
• Vision Technology is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from improper use of the software.

5 Student Data & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data only for providing and maintaining the School Management App.
• Data may include student names, contact info, academic records, and payment information.
• For minors under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
• Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6 Intellectual Property

• All software, content, designs, and materials remain the property of Vision Technology.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for internal school management purposes only.
• Clients cannot redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, copy, or sell the software without written consent.

7 User-Generated Content

Clients may post comments or content where permitted. You confirm that your content:

• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Is lawful, non-defamatory, and free of offensive material
• Will not be used for solicitation or illegal activities

By posting, you grant Vision Technology a non-exclusive license to use and display your content.

Vision Technology is not responsible for content posted by users but reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

8 Limitation of Liability

Vision Technology is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the School Management App or website, including but not limited to data loss, errors, or financial loss.

9 Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Technology, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or misuse of the software, including breach of these terms or applicable laws.

10 Cookies

Vision Technology uses cookies to enhance user experience. Third-party advertisers and affiliates may also use cookies.

11 Hyperlinking & iFrames

• Organizations may link to our website if it is non-deceptive and fits the context.
• Permission is required for using our logo or creating frames (iFrames) around our website.
• Vision Technology may request removal of links at any time.

12 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

13 Amendments

Vision Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the new effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
