How to Register on Vision School Management

First time using Vision School? This guide shows you how to register and log in as a parent, student, teacher, or admin on both the mobile app and the web portal.

Registration in 6 Steps

1Get Credentials from Your School

Your school administration sends login credentials (username/mobile number and password) via SMS or WhatsApp after you're added to the system. If you haven't received them, contact your school office.

2Open the Vision School App

Launch Vision School Management on your phone. If you haven't installed it yet, follow our Download guide.

3Enter the School Code

On first launch, the app asks for your unique school code. This is provided by your school and identifies your institution in the Vision system.

4Enter Username and Password

Type the registered mobile number (or username) and password provided by your school. Tap Login.

5Verify with OTP

A 6-digit OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it in the app to verify your account.

6Complete Your Profile

Add a profile photo, confirm your contact details, and enable notifications. You're now ready to explore attendance, fees, homework, and more.

Common Registration Issues

I haven't received my login credentials

Contact your school office and confirm your registered mobile number. The school can resend credentials from the admin panel.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to reset it.

I have multiple children. Can I see them all?

Yes. Log in with any one parent account and all siblings registered under your mobile number are shown in a unified dashboard.

Can I log in on the web portal?

Yes — use the same credentials on the Vision Technology web portal provided by your school.
